These terms cover your use of this site, which is run by Panamerican Studios, Merari Biancucci’s portrait studio in Palmetto Bay, FL. By using it, you agree to them.

Saving a place is not a purchase

Saving your place tells us you’d like to be one of the 40 women in the 40 Over 40 Portrait Experience. Nothing is charged on this site. Your session is booked and paid for separately, after we have talked, and we will give you its terms in writing, including payment and rescheduling, before you pay anything.

The series has 40 places and closes once they are booked. The price and what it includes are as shown on this site when you book; we may change them for sessions not yet booked.

Your portraits

If you agreed when you saved your place, your portrait may be shown on our website, blog and social media. You can withdraw that at any time for future use, as our privacy policy explains.

Our photographs

Every photograph on this site was taken by Merari Biancucci and belongs to Panamerican Studios. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission.

The site itself

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
